Epic's Pulse Central web portal summarizes COVID-19 testing and capacity metrics for public health officials. In the early months of COVID-19, Pulse Central has been available to state and local public health departments to track and manage their response to COVID-19.

Now, there is a new milestone in our Pulse Central collaboration—the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is has started using Pulse Central to inform its understanding of the pandemic.
