  • April 13-15: Manager’s Fair (managers and above)
  • April 26: Training registration begins (all Epic users except physicians)
  • June 28: End-user training begins (all Epic users)
  • August: Activation Readiness Assessments (ARAs – various groups)
  • September 10: Epic go live (all Epic users)
